About
Stephanie Grossman is the Managing Director of StrandFive. She is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and speaker with 20 years of leadership experience spanning Fortune 100 companies, high-growth organizations, and venture-backed startups.
Stephanie partners with leaders across enterprise stages, from large, established global entities to those in their rapid scaling phase, as well as executives in the high-consequence environments of finance and professional services. Her coaching guides clients to greater consciousness, clarity, and intentionality in how they lead and develop others, and results in transformational growth.
Drawing on two decades in operating leadership roles, Stephanie knows firsthand the challenges her clients face. She combines that experience with a behavioral science-based approach and thousands of hours coaching senior leaders through critical transitions, such as new and expanded roles, changing mandates, and organizational restructuring. The results carry from individuals and their teams into the businesses they lead long after engagements end. Her coaching is consistently described as immediately actionable and profound in impact.
Stephanie's practice spans individual coaching, team coaching and development, and the design and facilitation of programs that strengthen collective performance, all driving meaningful business outcomes amid ongoing change.
Among her credentials, Stephanie holds a PCC from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a CPCC from the Co-Active Institute, an MBA from UCLA Anderson, and a BA from UCLA.
Driven by curiosity that informs both her work and her life, Stephanie is a motivated lifelong learner and avid explorer who has traveled extensively. An advocate for advancing women in leadership, she mentors teens and young adults from under-resourced communities as they prepare for college and future careers.
