Stephanie Grossman is the Managing Director of StrandFive. She is a certified professional coach and facilitator with 20 years of experience as an operator in leadership roles spanning Fortune 100 companies to venture-backed startups.

Prior to coaching, Stephanie launched and led divisions within major media and tech enterprises and was the Founder & CEO of a venture-backed startup. She oversaw high-performing teams domestically and internationally and consulted for organizations at the forefront of innovation.
Stephanie earned an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a BA from UCLA. She holds a PCC credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a CPCC from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI); she is a certified Leadership Circle practitioner and an authorized DiSC partner.
