Stephanie Grossman is the Managing Director of StrandFive. She is a certified professional coach and facilitator with 20 years of experience as an operator in leadership roles spanning Fortune 100 companies to venture-backed startups.
Clients look to Stephanie as a skilled coach and thought partner because of her insights and ability to guide them to transformational growth and lasting change. She does this through a holistic, science-based approach that fosters elevated thinking, deepens self-awareness, strengthens self-management, and builds measured self-confidence. Prior to coaching, Stephanie launched and led divisions within major media and tech enterprises and was the Founder & CEO of a venture-backed startup. She oversaw high-performing teams domestically and internationally and consulted for organizations at the forefront of innovation.
Stephanie earned an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a BA from UCLA. She holds a PCC credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a CPCC from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI); she is a certified Leadership Circle practitioner and an authorized DiSC partner.

Bringing an operator’s perspective to executive coaching, Stephanie works with leaders navigating growth, complexity, and change. She does this through a holistic approach rooted in behavioral science, supporting the development of deeper self-awareness, stronger self-regulation, and more deliberate leadership in demanding environments.
Prior to coaching, Stephanie launched and led divisions within major media and tech companies, was the Founder and CEO of a venture-backed startup, and played a key role in advancing turn-around and scaling phases of firms at various stages of development. She has overseen teams across the U.S. and internationally.
