Stephanie Grossman is the Managing Director of StrandFive. She is a certified professional coach and facilitator with 20-years experience as an operating executive in leadership roles spanning Fortune 100 companies to venture-backed startups.

Prior to coaching, Stephanie launched and headed divisions of major media and tech enterprises, and was the Founder & CEO of a venture-backed startup. She led distributed teams domestically and internationally, and consulted for leading edge organizations.
Stephanie earned an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a BA in Political Science from UCLA. She holds a PCC credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a CPCC from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI); she is schooled in neuroscience, is a certified Leadership Circle practitioner and an authorized DiSC partner. Stephanie is also a knowledgeable resource for neurodivergent leaders and the advancement of women executives.
